Christianity a smooth flight?

Many are told by Preachers that if you come to Christ, everything will be "rosy"

Christianity does not offer a smooth flight, but a safe landing.

Coming to Christ is the 1st step , then comes the shedding of the World's ways.

You "will" have a target on your back for darkness.

But fear not the Lord is with you 🙏♥️

[John 15:18 KJV] If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before [it hated] you.

[John 15:19 KJV] If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you.

so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.
